Airport Pickup Information
Our driver will receive you by the arrival airline baggage claim, and he/she will be holding a sign with the passenger’s name on it. We pick all our customers up inside. If there is any difficulty in locating the driver, please call us for assistance.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made prior to 3 hours before the scheduled pick up time is without penalty. Any cancellation made sooner will be charged the full base rate.

No Show Charges
Please do not leave the baggage area before you call us in order to avoid the no show charges. No show charges at Detroit Metro Airport is a minimum of $25.00 or full fare. No exceptions. Other airports & cities are subject to full fare + other charges.

20% gratuity will be automatically added for single payment convenience.

All deposits are NON-refundable unless the reservation is canceled in a timely manner.

1. American Airport Car Service, LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
2. Company is not responsible for delays or the termination of service in winter caused by unsafe driving conditions (i.e. un-salted roads, accidents, etc.)
3. Company is not responsible for any loss because of service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown. We do not provide any loss claim insurance for service interruption – customer is responsible to buy their own trip interruption insurance. No claim for loss may be brought against American Airport Car Service, LLC or any of it’s employees.
4. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of their use by them or any members of their party.
1. A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn along with a sanitation fee of $250.00.
2. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law, as well as standing through the sunroof. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
3. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). The driver also has the right to determine whether or not smoking will be allowed in the limousines.
5. Overtime charges will apply after the first 15 minutes of pre-arranged time described on the run sheet.
6. American Airport Car Service LLC is not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
7. Balances are required to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the trip.
8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
